Adnan ÜÇCAN is attorney at law to the Istanbul Bar. He holds a BA from Strasbourg Faculty of Law and a BA from Istanbul Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. He obtained French Government merit based scholarship to complete his master degree in International Business Law at the Panthéon Sorbonne-I University. He is a translator under oath to Turkish Public Notary and courts.
 
Adnan ÜÇCAN lived in France for 10 years before joining the International law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2005. He worked in both the Istanbul office and the Paris office. In Turkey he worked with famous Professors of Law and local law firms as Pekin & Pekin, Ersoy Law Office, Sarıibrahimoğlu Law Office and assisted them in their International Business Law issues. He had an internship experience at the Supreme Court in Ankara, at the Prime Ministry’s Department of Acts and Decrees and at the European Court of Human Rights. He works as a freelance consultant between Turkey and Angola.
 
Adnan specializes in the main areas of business law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial and security transactions and competition law issues. He has a practice of negotiating construction, commercial and industrial deals. He speaks fluently English, French, Turkish and Spanish.
